Vendor Guidelines

  1. Staffing:
    • All booths must be staffed during event hours.
  2. Prohibited Items:
    • No hazardous materials allowed.
  3. Trash and Waste:
    • No trash or oil dumping on the premises. Vendors are responsible for their own trash disposal.
  4. Compliance:

    • Submit a Certificate of Insurance with $1,000,000 General Liability Policy listing Bird Promotions and RNRG Industries LLC as additionally insured.
  6. Alcohol Sales:
    • Prohibited by any vendor.
  7. Refunds:
    • No refunds on vendor fees. This is a rain or shine event.

        • You agree to submit the required Certificate of Insurance of $1,000,000 General Liability Policy with the following listed as additionally insured:
          • RNRG Industries LLC, 2200 Dartmouth Ave., McAllen, Texas 78504

      • Hold Harmless Agreement:

        • In consideration of all the work done by the vendor, he/she hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Bird Promotions and RNRG Industries LLC, their officers, agents, and their employees from any personal injury, costs, and expenses occurring to anyone in or about the area of said vendor. The vendor acts as an independent contractor, not under the continuing supervision and control of Bird Promotions and RNRG Industries LLC. Bird Promotions and RNRG Industries LLC shall not be liable for any accident, injury, breakage, or damage to property or persons whatsoever growing out of any activities relating to Tacos & Tequila Festival activities. The vendor agrees to abide by all Federal, State, County, and Municipal laws, ordinances, regulations, guidelines, and rules.
